Terms of Service

1. Authoritative Language Version

These Terms are provided in English and Turkish. In the event of any discrepancy between the two versions, the English version shall prevail as the legally binding text.

2. Service Description

BinVerify is a web-based BIN/IIN lookup and verification platform that provides informational data about payment card identifiers. The service is available through a web interface, mobile-optimized access, API, and companion applications as they become available.

3. No Financial or Legal Advice

BinVerify provides informational data only. The service does not constitute financial, legal, compliance, or security advice. Users are responsible for their own decisions based on the data provided.

4. Accounts and Access

BinVerify offers different levels of access:

Accounts are for individual use only. Sharing account credentials or transferring accounts to another person is prohibited.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use BinVerify only for lawful purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using the service to validate stolen or fraudulent card data.
• Using the service for carding or any activity intended to facilitate financial fraud.
• Automated scraping, crawling, or bulk data extraction from the web interface.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the platform.
• Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing lookup data without authorization.
• Attempting to circumvent rate limits, access controls, or security measures.
• Any use that violates applicable local, state, national, or international laws.

6. Payments and Billing

BinVerify offers subscription-based plans, one-time purchases, and credit-based usage options. Payment is processed through third-party payment providers and is subject to their respective terms.

Due to the immediate delivery nature of digital data services, refunds are not available for services that have been used. Unused credits or remaining subscription time may be eligible for refund consideration on a case-by-case basis.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing. Existing subscribers will be notified of price changes via email before they take effect. Price changes do not apply retroactively to the current billing cycle.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, data, tools, and materials provided through BinVerify are the property of BinVerify or its licensors. Lookup results and verification data returned by the platform are owned by BinVerify.

Users may use lookup results for their own internal purposes with attribution to BinVerify. Bulk redistribution, resale, or publication of lookup data without prior written authorization is prohibited.

By submitting data to BinVerify (e.g., via the contact form), you grant BinVerify a non-exclusive license to use the submission for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and improving the service.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

BinVerify is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of BIN data or verification results. Data may be outdated, incomplete, or sourced from third-party databases beyond our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BinVerify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service. Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to BinVerify in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

BinVerify accepts no responsibility for decisions made based on the data provided by our tools. Users are solely responsible for how they interpret and act upon verification results.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BinVerify, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Delaware.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, registered users will be notified via the email address associated with their account. Continued use of the service after modifications take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Account Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Account closure will result in the anonymization or deletion of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, including but not limited to: fraudulent use, rate limit evasion, abuse of the platform, or any conduct that threatens the integrity of the service.

Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, indemnification, and governing law shall survive termination.

13. Service Availability

BinVerify is currently available as a web-based service, with mobile-optimized access, API access, and companion applications as they become available. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without prior notice.

14. Regional Access

BinVerify is accessible globally. However, it is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the service complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. We make no representation that the service is appropriate or available for use in any particular location.
